Companies giving back was popular a decade ago, but most just gave lip service to it and only handful really did anything about it.
Now days with the spotlight of social media many companies feel it is a must have just to maintain their good reputation. However, beyond feeling obligated, I have met numerous company founders who feel strongly about giving back for social good as a personal value. A value that they want it to be a part of their company’s DNA, too.
