Great video Stephanie. I’m excited to see the rest of this series. You know I’m a proponent for face-to-face meetings, and your points about video being the next best things are correct. While you can’t replace a meeting, video allows an added layer of personality and sense of one-on-one disposition that a tweet or email can’t replace.

I couldn’t agree more! This video is a great example of what works… short, to the point, visual, and compelling content. I truly believe that video is the one element of social media some folks are still missing. Thanks for passing on great advice.

My business partner Carrie Ferenac highly recommend I watch this. I’m glad I did. You did a great job packing a lot quality information into a short video. The graphics are nicely done as well. Thanks for spreading the word about the power of online video.

Stephanie and Steve,
Thanks for doing this. So many people are coming to accept the inevitability of having video on their blogs and websites, but lack the know-how of getting it done and doing it right. You’re off to a good start and I’ll be watching for the rest of the series.
And for a reporter’s take on overcoming the awkward nature of being on camera, check out the series I’ve just started: http://bit.ly/dqTBsE
